Always packed, lose mail & packages. Left packages outside apartment door, after being instructed not to, they got stolen. Postman labeled packages in/at mail box, lied it was in front of my apartment door in an unsecured building, so couldn't fight case to have monies refunded or item resent. Hate this postoffice UPDATE STILL LEAVING PACKAGES AT MY DOOR. The postman was doing good for about 2 weeks, was leaving notices or leaving packages with the rent office, now he's laving them again!!!!! So what am i supposed to do? Just not order anything? DO YOU JOB!!!! A CHILD CAN FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS!!!! So mad I'm forced to leave 1 star just to comment.

Worst service ever never deliver packages on time lazy always on cell phone and drop in advertisements in floor and pass up our building several time they need to hire someone who want to work.

700 block of Congress Hgts. has the poorest service ever. Postal worker does not show on some days. They removed a guy from our street and placed him two blocks away and our service has gone down the drain. It took months for them to give us steady person and we haven't had decent service since. Sometimes mail arrives as late as 7:30pm. This is unacceptable.

I have made so many complaints about my mail. They always saying that a package was delivered but wasn't delivered at all. They need to hire people who actually wants to work.

I don't have a key to my mailbox cause I just moved I went and pay for my key in march its may and I still don't have my key then when I call dwn there they act like they don't care and lied and said I didnt have anymail but when I went dwn there I had a stack of mail.. Customer service rep rude ass old lady ..need to clean house
