If I could give 0 stars I will, the staff need customer service training immediately. The walk up windows are cracked up because I am sure someone would like to come through the glass because they talk to you with no respect. The worst Post Office ever, I hope the city provide Ward 8 with a better Post Office staff because the customer staff is so bad.

This USPS location ins't the most amazing, but at the end of the day, it gets the job done. Here's why it's not the best:

-It's in a strip mall and often is out of stock on basic postage supplies and has long lines.
-The staff aren't the most friendly. Though, if I dealt with long angry lines, I'd be angry too.

If you need to go, best of luck. If you don't, avoid this place.

I HATE that this is my store for SE they NEVER EVER answer the phone, (like people have time to go down there to WASTE  that's the ENTIRE REASON  why we CALL IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!) people there are rude asf I went to one post office by lenfant Plaza about my held mail, and she told me to go to the one in se and the people in se didn't even give me a chance to speak and pretty much didn't even care what the issue is because the lady at lenfant Plaza said that they would give me information about it be able to stop it and other issues.... They absolutely did NOTHING. and of course you can't forget the attitude 🙄😒😒

They can care less about customer service or overall customer experience. They literally drag their feet when assisting someone. One lady kept yelling saying she was on lunch at 4:50pm and they close at 5pm. The nerve.

I visited this location for an entire week to pick up my mail on hold. They kept telling me it wasn't there after I spoke to my mail carrier and she informed me that she personally took it there. I had to get a Supervisor involved from the hold location and placed her on the phone with an employee at this location. While they were on the phone I asked another lady if I she could check other names in my household. The lady found my mail in less than 3 mins after I gave her the names and neither of the names were on the cover of my mail, but my name was. SMH

The elderly lady that sits at the first booth from left to right is down right evil! She has absolutely no patience and she lacks customer service skills. While speaking with her she kept pushing me off and as I would ask her to explain things to me that I was unfamiliar with, she would get loud and short. I had to remind her that I am a customer and it's her job to inform me of what I don't know regarding their processes. She then lowered her tone and provided me with the requested details.
