Accidentally put the wrong address on something that I ordered.  The package made it all the way across the country before they realized that the address didn't even exist.  So when the package was within 5 miles of my house, they shipped it back to the store immediately.  They couldn't even hold onto it long enough for me to call them, because they were closed by the time the notification email was sent to me.  I had to re-order my stuff and wait another week for it to come.  Really?  Why not just hold onto it for a few hours so that I could come and pick it up?  The address was wrong by one digit so they emailed me that they sent it back to the sender.  Wasting my time, the seller's time, and their time.  Although, it is no secret that USPS is the worst carrier ever.

For a business not of have mail for two days??? Come on!!! Get other peoples mail etc.  When you call the post office and complain, don't bother!  No one is held accountable for actions.  Its great to have a job like this!

I sat on the phone for 1 hour and everyone was busy talking to other costumers i wasted 1 hour of my day listing to horrible music

Friendly. Competent. They go out of their way to help. LOVE late drop off option Saturdays via unstaffed lobby drop box and blue boxes outside; 3pm drop off helps my fledgling business get shipments to my customers and get ahead of schedule for Mondays. Worth driving the extra distance to work with decent people like these. They're exceptional among other post offices.
