Ordered something off of amazon that was 2 day shipping..."attempted" delivery but had no access because my shoveled driveway was "inaccessible". If the mail man was so worried about getting stuck you'd think he could get out of his car and walk about 20 feet to drop off a box but that'd be too easy. On the second day the package was out for delivery I shoveled more thoroughly and yet again the post service claims to not have access. Lazy.

I called from Madison about a package to me that I thought had been miss labeled by the sender and was out for delivery in West Bend. The lady that took my call, (sorry I don't have your name), was very polite and helpful and provided me with all the information I needed to assist my vendor in correcting the tracking number for my item. (It will arrive later today.) Thank You, and a Tip Of The Hat for the Great Service!

Today the mail carrier could not be bothered with actually closing the door of our mailbox so by the time I made it out there my mail was blowing all over the street. I watched him attempt to close the door then look back at it and drive away, he knew he left it open. They complain when I mail packages out of my mailbox but, its ok for them to leave my box open, drop my mail in the street and drive away or drive over my packages. The mail carriers in Milwaukee were professional, thoughtful and helpful but since we moved to West Bend our mail service has been horrible.

Usually a line with only one or two attendants, most friendly. Edit: Why close before the posted times?? That's so unfair to those who can't get there in the morning!!
