Claimed a 3-foot x 4-foot package was delivered to my doorstep at a certain time. I was home watching the doorstep at that time, there was no package delivered. Their phone service is arranged to send calls to a remote call center so I can't even talk to anyone at the Germantown Post Office. Service does not get any worse than this.

Not a good location. Employees are very unhelpful and have actually been quite rude at times. I think they recently hired some new people, which I hope makes it better in time, but right now it's still pretty bad. Not that it matters tremendously, but the interior could really benefit from a good washing; dirty!

This location is absolutely horrible. Anastasia was incompetent and would not look for my lost package after she told me there was a way to track where it was delivered. After calling 5 times after she told me she would call me back and never did, she told me just to file a claim. The people at this location are incompetent. How dumb can you be to deliver a package to the wrong address? If the address on the home and the box are different, it's not where it goes! Yeesh! Honestly wouldn't be surprised if they stole it after reading all the other reviews.

They really can't do much of anything right. I had to get emails telling me my package was at the post office because they "missed" me. No doorbells. No slip in the mailbox. No parcel key. Terrible.

Called Post Office on why ads from stores coming late sometimes two days after the sales start. Only answer was they have two days to deliver. this is not the busy part of the year. I can understand if it were during the Holiday. Lame excuse!
