I live nearby and don't come here often (never really send out any packages), but I have never had any problems. They have always been friendly and treated me with respect. As a truck driver, it's a refreshing change of pace.

Convenient location for me on my way to work, drop slots have decent pick up times. But as others noted, the woman who generally works the counter is very rude, ungrateful, and has a major attitude when you do something wrong on accident. I often use prepaid shipping labels through selling interfaces such as eBay or Poshmark and she won't accept packages at this location if it isn't shipped within the first 48 hours of the label's creation date (even if it was created on say, Saturday night and can't ship until Monday morning due to THEIR hours), nor will she accept it if the packing tape isn't quite right. She tells you you're wrong or she can't accept the package as is, but there is no direction as to how to correct it. I've never had this issue at any other post office, so when possible I got elsewhere (on off days, Saturdays, etc.) to drop off prepaid mail.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. 9/10 times I go to this location I get the most rude service, and this woman literally tries to find things to yell at me about, and its so inconsistent. I get PTSD walking up to the door questioning what this woman is going to rip me apart for. The extra drive time to Wauwatosa is worth it. I think she just needs a hug, I'm not sure what the deal is, but I'm so sorry she has to go through life so angry.

Like everyone else said, the lady behind the counter is mean and nasty. I barely send packages out and when I do, I don't know what I'm doing. I asked for help with tracking labels and she pointed to the counter with all sorts of random paper like I was stupid. I don't know what I was doing and I didn't know which paper it was. Not only that, but I came in another time and the lady told me my postal package didn't cover for all of the weight so I'll need to pay for the rest but I know it was already paid for and I didn't exceed the weight limit so I took it to a different post office and they confirmed with me that I was right and that I didn't need to pay for extra weight. They need to hire friendly people and people who actually knows how to do their job. Why do you want to keep a grumpy old lady who hates their job to represent you? That's just awful! Edit: Can we petition to get this lady fired!? If she does not want to deal with us, she shouldn't be working in a customer service type of setting!

As most others have mentioned there is a middle aged blonde/Brown lady maybe in her early 50's that is extremely rude. I often mail packages with prepaid slips from eBay that may be little heavier than the slip lists and she gets a major attitude in saying that I have to pay extra postage which I don't have an issue with, and heaven forbid you don't know the policy on packing tape.. this woman definitely needs to be fired. I thought I was isolated but I guess not. I visit there frequently so I will be updating with her name because a description isn't good enough!
