Always top notch staff inside.  They will help however they can.  Much preferred over UPS and  Fed Ex in both pricing and ease.

Wondeful people working here. Tough job considering all of the things they have to handle. So often people come in there unprepared and not knowing what they need and I watch these folks help them through it every step of the way. Sometimes the line is pretty long, but they still greet you with a smile when you get to the counter.

Things said they were delivered on a Sunday...didn't happen they were closed. I checked the details and it said it was handed directly to a receptionist, no way possible I don't have a front desk. Went inside to the branch. Said they would look into it and call me back, never did. Packages are going missing and it isn't rare occasions.

I find it ridiculous that I have ordered so many things on line this year and received all that were shipped by UPS and FEDEX and not a single one delivered by the USPS.  This is in no shape or form an exaggeration. 15 items ordered 7 delivered by UPS 4 by FEDEX and supposedly 4 by the USPS. The real kick in head is I give them the tracking #’s and they say they were delivered? To who??  I guess there is a thief working for them since 2 of those days I am 100% sure I was at the delivery location all day, one of those days was today.

I don't understand why I have to pay for shipping when I NEVER RECEIVE ANY OF MY PACKAGES. There's a reason you have this job, whoever "delivers" my mail, and that reason is because you're too worthless to do anything else with your life.
