First of all, I really like our mailman. Let's get that straight. Now my review, I hope is not a reflection of him, but we do tend to receive our neighbor's mail a lot. And we do seem to get things quite late, or at least later than others in the Blythewood area. As for the other reviews about a mail lady honking her horn and coaxing someone to her car... Well, that has happened to us as well!! And of course she HAD to do that when MY husband was trying to sleep after working his night shift!!!!! And of course, as things would have it, the bedroom is on that side of the house at the driveway AND I COULD NOT HEAR HER LAYING ON HER HORN!!!! Needless to say, apparently this lady shouldn't be delivering. She needs a desk job!!!!! My latest complaint is now I have been tracking a package that I was supposed to get 2 days ago. It claims that the post office received it on time due to my extra payment for early delivery. Well I still don't have it even though the tracking number says that it was out for delivery 2 days ago AND today!!!! I received my mail today, so I know they have been by. So where is it???? I called, and now I have sitting on hold for about 15 minutes.... I hung up and tried to call back. Now it's busy!!!! Seriously???? Can it really be this bad??????

I've had several packages that were "attempted to be delivered" by this post office and I've been at my home all day and they never showed up. They lie about pretending to deliver packages when they don't feel like delivering I suppose. Edit: I had a Christmas package delivered to me in the mail, and the post office broke the contents of the inside of the box (glass soda bottles, bubble wrapped) and to make things better they put a note on the side saying "we care" and then explaining how they care so much and are so sorry about breaking my package. Doesn't change the fact that they broke it because they weren't careful. Worst post office ever.

I agree with the review from a lady who said one star was too much. We get our neighbors mail all the time. What is worst, we are not getting personal cards sent to us from friends amd family. We are aware that we are suppose to be getting these cards, and its been over 2 weeks and nothing has shown. Also, our mail carrier had 3 other people in his vehicle while he was delivering our mail. Why does it take 4 people to deliver the mail? That makes me question where our personal mail has gone.

The lady at the front who helped me was so helpful and kind. She's sweet and courteous. I can't say enough to thank her. I wish I had asked her name before I left.

Oh boy where do I start? First of all, we've had packages left in many strange spots. One was behind a tree next to our driveway, another was an expensive dvd player that was BALANCED on top of our mailbox, while also in plain sight of anyone passing by. Even though I trust our neighbors enough, this isn't professional at all. We've also had small boxes shoved into the mailbox and then they take a good few minutes of pulling and tugging to get them out, leaving the box damaged. I've also had a package get wet because it was left just outside of our open garage. On top of that, one time I even saw the mail lady PEEING in the woods just 10 feet away from our driveway.
