If I could give this place less than one star I absolutely would. We have had nothing but trouble with our address the whole time we've lived here (as have people before us from what we know) and the staff here are not helpful. We were even instructed to call the LexCo zoning board, as one of the USPS employees here told us that the reason we weren't getting our mail was due to a zoning issue. The zoning board told my husband that she could see our house, even described the colors of our shutters, and told us that there was no issue at all with the way it was zoned. We have lived here for going on 8 years now and we have CONSTANT problems receiving our mail and packages, with no permanent solution from the post office. One time we were told that they could only write their employees up, not make them do their jobs. (We never get to speak to a higher up either, always someone else with little to no communication or customer service skills and no answers to anything - just the run-around.) We've been given numerous stories about multiple carriers for our route, with excuses given for why each one is unable to deliver our mail properly. Luckily we live near enough to the post office that we can simply drive over to ask questions because if not we'd be facing the 45 minute to an hour wait times the customer service number always quotes us. We've had everything from packages left at different homes in our neighborhood (heat sensitive parts that were left in full view of the summer sun, not even a hour after having spoken to the carrier for our route who assured us that our description of our house was clear and she knew where to drop it off) to pieces that said they were delivered on a Sunday (just this week - a package "Delivered" on Sunday but as of today is still not here and their response was that the GPS said it was delivered directly to "our address" so it MUST have been.) One employee told us to not even bother looking around our neighborhood for lost packages and to simply let them be and report them as missing to the USPS in the hopes that eventually they would start to be delivered correctly. I see that we are not the only ones who have these issues, and what a shame that is.

I have called this post office several times about packages to be delivered  or scheduled pick ups and I am always pleased with the service. They are accommodating and pleasant. We love our carrier, LORI, and appreciate the hard work of the USPS!

Absolutely love our M-F carrier, but forget about service on Saturdays.  LAZY, LAZY LAZY!  Won't put your flag down, leaves outgoing mail in your box and will toss packages from as far away as she thinks she can make "the shot" to your porch.

Haven't had any dealings with the post office other than I can't get then to answer a phone call. My complaint is with our mail carrier. This individual seems to do their job if and when they want to. Other I know have their mail delivered before 9am... every day. Mine... I'll be lucky if I even get it. Here it is 3:39pm and I'm still waiting on an important piece of mail. We, the people, pay taxes to the federal government. Those taxes fund federal government employees paychecks. And for what? To sit on your ass and do what you want, when you want??? BRING ME MY DAMN MAIL!!!!!

Can I leave a negative star review? Oh good grief, worst customer service you'll ever experience. They are too lazy to walk over and pull your package off a shelf. I called customer service to leave a complaint and the hold time was 45 minutes. 45 minutes! That should never happen anywhere. I can't even tell you how pathetic this place is. Basically all of usps.
