Wish I could give them a 0. I love my usual mail carrier. When he is out I never get mail or packages. They always say my packages were delivered. I have surveillance on my home. I always have to file a complaint. They need to shut this post office down. No one knows how to talk to people and they obviously can't read!

Absolute worst mail carrier I've ever delt with. NEW package lockers are busted and mail is ALWAYS lost and/or delayed. That really puts and extreme hinder on things when you pay yearly for fast delivery services and order things as needed and expect them on time. Of course it's a union job so no one is expected to fulfill their duties if it cuts into lunch or off time. I really wish we had fort mill USPS. I bet why'd be better.

I live in the West Shiloh community and have complained several times that the carrier is not closing my mailbox lid, Well they finally hit it and damaged my mail box. I call Ronnie the PostMAster and he basically told me it was my problem if I didn't have proof they hit it. I will be sending them a bill and will call everyday when my lid is left open. I also receive other people's mail that belongs on CraigManor road which is about 3miles fro where I live. I of coarse take the mail to whom it belongs to so that I know they get it. If I could give a ZERO rating I would. Just horrible service
