I have to say the people in the post office are very pleasant. We all need to realize it's not working with just the public, it's everybody. Now the delivery drivers need more training respect and more. I understand being late but to leave large packages at the mailbox with multiple mailboxes, then is not the time to be careless and try and hurry. None of the right mail in the box. But I give props to office workers.

Very Slow, deliveries never on time. Can not depend on a time for mail delivery as its always between 9-5! Always at least two days late delivering Priority Mail, it's now as slow as First Class!

If I could give less I would. From day one the people there have been rude, childish, and unprofessional. Recently, I have had not one but THREE pieces of mail that I've been expecting, two from my mother in GA, "disappear". Never made it to my house, the other was a replacement card from my bank, had to call and cancel that one and have one sent priority. I'm not pointing any fingers, but I certainly don't believe it's a coincidence. Oh and ALSO, mail is constantly being delivered to the wrong houses on our street. It shouldn't be that hard to match the numbers on the boxes with the numbers on the letters and packages.

Most pathetic civil servants! Unorganized and do not communicate with eachother. I moved from a house to an apartment. They wouldn't deliver packages to my apartment without written consent. I wrote a letter which they approved and they still did not deliver my packages. I purchase a lot of things online which is useless because I have to wait until Saturday to go to the post office to pick them up. I had to speak to a manager twice and they still do not deliver all of my packages.

The most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. Post offices and employees such as this, are the reason that the Postal service should be closed. If they do not care about customers, they should find other jobs. At least require a level of personal accountability and interpersonal accountability as part of skills requirement for employment. Treat your paying customers the way you would like to be treated. I can and will pay more for a private service before using USPS, especially the Lugoff office, in the future.
