I've never had any problem with this post office for years. I live off Navaho and they never have a problem delivering packages and daily mail. I can't say one bad thing. I go to the counter and send out packages 2-3 times a week, and I have zero complaints. They look unhappy and I don't even blame them, everytime I'm in there a customer is being rude. It's tough working customer service on that end. I don't understand some of these reviews, that's why I felt the need to write my own.

Sent my dad a birthday gift on December 2, 2017 using 2 Day Priority from NC to PA. The package ended up in Denver Colorado on December 4, 2017. I called to request a refund and waited 40+ minutes to be told no. Today is December 7 (5 days and counting for a 2 day delivery) and the last package tracking details still shows Denver. This is the epitome of gross inefficiency and inadequacy via a governmental monopolistic bureaucracy. Unbelievable. I guess I have to rely on them for my mail delivery, but I'll never use them again when I need something delivered by a certain date. Can't wait to see what the government does to health care...

For two days straight, an Amazon package sent through this post office was deemed "undeliverable," but somehow the delivery person managed to cram bills and other junk into my mailbox on both days. Even more, my mailbox is directly across the street from my house. On Day 1 I chalked the status as pure laziness given the rainy weather, but on Day 2 the sky is sunny and the delivery person still couldn't place a DVD-sized package into my mail box, or place it on the front porch. I can't help but think this delivery person broke open my package, rewrapped it, and stuffed it under his/her Christmas tree.

Make the post office great again, this location SUCKS. And the holidays are around the corner, it will only get worse. Unfortunately this has been my PO for over 5 years . The old staff was awesome but they have since moved on. The new staff is horrible. There has been issue after issue after issue with this post office; marking packages as delivered and then I never get them(stealing? misdelivering?), marking packages as delivered and delivering later , holding packages for pick up that do no require a signature and therefore delaying delivery by 2 days over the weekend, not leaving notices for packages that require signatures (you better keep your tracking info), delivering to my PO Box late when delivery is advertised to be made by 10:30 am and just misplacing and mishandling packages in general. This is now a weekly occurrence. It happens so often that I have begun documenting. You should too if you are having issues, just in case. The people that work the counter are pretty great, though they look miserable most of the time (no wonder they go "postal"), and are often able to find the missing packages though it is a HUGE inconvenience for me (surely for them too) and a long wait. These are the people who get things done. They surely get the short end of the stick by dealing with these mistakes. At least they don't make excuses, they actually laugh at the stupidity of the other staff. The people working behind the scenes have NO CLUE what they are doing! And the Postmaster (who has changed several times recently) will completely ignore requests to speak to customers. Once I was left waiting so long that I finally just left. Im sure thats what he was hoping for. He seems so used to the screw ups and will shrug at you and make excuses about how they are short staffed. Ive heard the staff snicker and make snide comments about the customers trying to locate their mail. Please just close this place down if you cannot perform the services that you are paid to perform. Countless times while standing in line I have overheard several other customers having the exact same issues. Do NOT ignore these reviews. Use another PO location if you can. Mail fraud and negligence is unacceptable and I am currently researching ways to file complaint (other than just complaining to USPS which gets you nowhere) and have heard other customers discuss starting class action lawsuits. It is NOT okay to mishandle property with such a blatant disregard for the money customers spend. I spend on average about $400-$600 on USPS shipping services PER MONTH. They need to be held accountable. These people are paid VERY well (and steadily getting big news worthy raises as of 9/2017), in most instances more than our nurses, police officers and teachers that save our lives-and USPS should be acting professionally. There was a time where it was rumored that USPS was in trouble financially and there was talk about being shut completely down. They should behave as if that could become a reality if they continue to illegally handle our mail. They just pretty much act like they don't care and behave as if you cannot do anything about it. That is certainly not true!
