I hate the Leland location. They LOVE to never deliever my package. They will make any excuse possible not to deliever to my house. First it was the dogs, so i started keeping them in the house when i knew i had packages coming and now its because my "road is bad" that isnt even that bad but the new lady that have is to lazy to and they told her she doesn't have to if she doesn't want to. 😡😡 THATS NOT HOW YOU DO YOUR JOB. Literally everyone in my town lives on a dirt road and the lady before her would do it all the time. So I always have to wait an extra day or so when ordering things which is bad since I order live animals. And even when I pay for the expedited shipping, it's still never delivered on time! The only reason I ever use USPS is when the seller chooses it, but I will choose UPS ANYDAY. At least they know how to deliever my package in 2 days and aren't afraid to drive down a little dirt road. Yal seriously need to get some new, non lazy, and better workers!

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible experience. Lady was very rude tossed my package back up on the counter said I had the wrong packaging and then yelled next. I will never go to this post office for anything. If I have to ship anything it will be with FedEx or UPS..

Emily is absolutely the worst to deal with at the front desk. Rude. Even when she "thinks" she is being helpful, she is rude. I have experienced her negativity on more than one occasion, so this is not a generalization based on a one time experience. She seems to know her job, and may be a hard worker, but that is thrown out once she opens her mouth.

My favorite part about this post office is how they put my packages in other peoples boxes and tell me my package was picked up🤦🏻‍♀️
