Absolutely horrible. Everyone is incompetent. The mail carrier always puts everyone's mail in the wrong slot. I've lost so much money and mail. I'm worried every time I have a package coming in that I won't get it , most of the time I do not. Every time I have an issue no one gets back to me. The one time spoke with someone in charge about open mail with money missing he acted like I was bothering him and that I should have even been upset. No matter what I do they keep losing mail and putting it in the wrong slot. I'm done shipping through usps. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience.

Placed a hold mail request so I could pick my mail up the next day at the office(had a package stolen). Go to pick up package and and am told my mail is out for delivery there are no packages waiting. He even goes as far as to tell me there is no hold mail request, never took the perspective that I had filed one and maybe something that shouldn't of happened, happened. But instead went about it to tell me I was wrong. What the heck kind of customer service is that?

This is the rudest post office I ever been too, no one knows how to do their job, they are all confused on everything. They are very rude to people. Will never go back.

Today is 5/16/17. I've been on hold for 4 minutes, 51 seconds now . . . 8 minutes, 28 seconds. I called the P.O. downtown from another line, and a nice gentleman answered. He called the Brynn Marr P.O. just to tell them I'm on hold and said they should be picking up soon, but if not, to call him back. Still waiting . . . can I give no stars? Still waiting . . . 15 minutes, 5 seconds . . . . well, Brynn Marr P. O., you wanted to wait me out until I hung up. Matt from the P.O. on New Bridge - SUPER HELPFUL! I'm hanging up. It's been 20 minutes and 55 seconds. Sad.

What a USELESS FACILITY! you can't do anything here and the lafy behind the window/door was the worst. Super cranky and refused to answer any questions. Ugh.
