I’ve been waiting on my prenatal vitamins all week, I understand it snowed but what the hell. It changed to Monday of this week and the roads were mostly clear. Never got my package again and I saw USPS delivery trucks out the day before. Surely enough it’s day 3 after the new estimated date and nothing. There is no snow on the ground!!! It melted!!! Now today says carrier delay and nothing else. These guys aren’t absolute garbage. People have important stuff that needs to be delivered ON TIME. This month is the most vital in my babies development and I spent 40 dollars on these and extra on 2 day shipping just to have you jokers taking forever, even when your up and running.

I had a package come in on the day it snowed & was surprised to receive an email from Informed Delivery that it would be delivered soon but later that afternoon I checked my Informed Delivery acct & received a message stating “No Access” & that they tried to deliver my package at 1:39 pm but couldn’t access my mailbox which is a lie because I was home all day so I tried for the next several days to contact my local post office to no avail because they had taken the phone off the hook at all the local USPS locations. I understand the delays but on their website my post office wasn’t on the list of closed offices & that I would be receiving my mail.. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism from what was once a highly esteemed service... This is why snail mail is a dying service & should be turned over to other couriers like UPS or Fed Ex.. The USPS gets two thumbs WAY down..! My brother works for UPS & they were able to make it to work on Friday also I didn’t see a single business closed due to weather yet the USPS who’s “unofficial” motto is “Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.” Is not only untrue but laughable!!

EDIT: I’d like to thank Paul A Normandeau with the for contacting me about my package and allowing me to pick it up after hours.. He was the only positive experience I had with this delivery..

I have gone in several times to either mail something off or pick up mail after a vacation.  Everyone has always been very professional, nice and helpful with smiles on their faces.

If your sign states that you are open from 10:00am til 1:00pm on saturdays please for the love of god be open!!

Tracking number said they left it in the mailbox. Checked that same day, no mail. Checked the next day, no mail. Next day I left work to talk to them in person. They had pictures, verified my address, wrote my name and number down, and said they were going to call the carrier to check all the other mailboxes in my apt complex. Never received a call that day. Checked my mail 3rd day, no mail. Checked a 4th day, no mail and still no call back. Now I will have to leave work again to talk to them in person. No sense of urgency or responsibility
