I bought a P.O Box here and after 3 weeks of not receiving any of my mail I was told that my P.O box was never properly open so all of the mail, that has been sent to the P.O. Box, has been sent back to the senders.  How can this happen? I am living in a different city and I could never get the right number or any number to contact these people at this post office. I would call the number listed online and was given another number that was out of service. And I am having the hardest time receiving a refund online for this P.O Box that was not properly open in the first place. USPS needs to do better. This is unacceptable.

My mail delivery comes from this location. Packages are repeatedly left in the rain (without protection), or stuffed in the mailbox when they clearly do not fit. My carrier can't even be bothered to put the package under the overhang on the porch. She just throws it in the middle and walks away. Now we have snow on the ground, so I have not even received mail delivery for 3 days!

I purchased the express delivery option for my package because I needed it pronto, but apparently that means nothing to these below average "workers". After not receiving my package for a couple of days I looked online to find that they had not only lied about delivering it but also lied about putting a note on my door to retrieve it. I was home all day an NO ONE showed up, knocked on my door, or rang my doorbell. I took time out of my busy schedule to go down to the store and after searching like chickens with their heads cut off for lord knows how long they told me that it must be out in transit, but their system was down so they didn't know. The only thing they could do was tell me sorry..... Honey, sorry doesn't deliver my package on time.I told them to just deliver it and I would sign for it while there because at least if someone steals it from my complex it arrived there. I got home only to see that they claimed to have been by for delivery and left a not which DID NOT EXIST. I get that this is government operated but when I have a package worth $150 dollars out floating somewhere because you're too incompetent to do your job properly... honey, you've got a storm coming.

Won't answer the phone, won't provide any notable assistance with finding a missing package that they lost. Use ups or FedEx whenever possible.

I read the reviews before coming and not sure what everyone is on about. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous - even gave me free tape (which is rare). In and out in 3 minutes with no issues at all.
