I have taken a letter to this post office from my dr for my packages to be brought to my door. And still they take it to the office of the complex I live at. I was told they could not deliver to my door with out the letter. I get it and my dr states clearly why I need packages delivered to my door. And they still can't do it. The assistant post master told me they were putting a note at the bin in the back. So temporary and regular carrier see it. I guess no one can read.

Someone else's mail is in my mailbox for hundredth time. Busy signal for over an hour or an hour wait on hold at National number. They deliver my packages to other people who steal them and then act as if I shouldn't be upset. Mail carrier is incompetent and often skips days only to come twice on other days. Local Postmaster is beligerant and unhelpful and is unwilling or incapable of doing the job she is paid to do. I never send outgoing mail from my home because of the unreliability of pick up. I shouldn't have to purchase a P.O. BOX in order to receive the correct mail. I am disabled and unable to drive and am frustrated by this.

Worst post office in existence. Was awaiting a certified letter and am not usually home at that time of day. So my wife signed the form so I could pick it up the next day. I go down there - NOT THERE. Out for delivery. They hallucinated that my wife called and told them to try redelivery. She did not, she told ME to go get it! They ignored me for almost 20 minutes, then told me I was lying, didn't apologize, nothing. I am never dealing with this branch again. Absolute unprofessional incompetent garbage.

They are slow in office and Rude on phone if you can get someone to answer.
