I have tried to reserve judgment about this post office and overlook recent problems but I keep being disappointed with this location. In the past 3 months, two substantial checks have not reached their destination and both were mailed at the Clemmons post office. Also, the outside drop boxes are frequently overflowing. I refuse to leave mail in them because that does not seem safe. Anyone could reach their hand in and take what they want. They need to empty these more often or add another container. We have lived here 20 years and it seems like service has declined.

I've been shipping through this USPS for almost a year now. Haven't had any problems until now. They returned two packages 3 days after I shipped them. They didn't adjust the online tracking so my customers now think their packages will be shipped on time.  And, one box was returned damaged. I honestly only use them cause I have to. 
Also, when I go in, there's only one employee that's actually nice and doesn't see customers as a burden. Overall, the postal service is helpful for cheap shipping but is not customer oriented.

They're usually not bad, with the exception that I've had issues receiving my packages.  Prime example, I just watched the carrier drive right past my apartment, barely slow down, and keep going.  Thanks.

If I could give zero I would. My mail has not only gone to other homes in the past 8 months but they just returned my save the dates stating that I had moved and not left a forwarding address. Nevermind the fact that they delivered my paper mail the same day my save the dates were supposed to be here!  Currently I have been on hold for over an hour with no positive outcome thus far.
