My family and I (4 of us) made online passport appointments with the passport services offered at USPS in Jordan. Betsy was friendly, helpful and very efficient helping us get 3 new passports and 1 renewal. She was great to work with and we would return for future passport services. Great job.

I should get paid to do their job.  Have to deliver the mail to the correct address after it's left in my mailbox.  Happens all too frequently.

It seems a bit odd to review a post office; however, in my experience they aren't all equal. I can't comment on the few negative reviews because that hasn't been my experience with the Jordan Post Office. Whenever I've gone to the station the lines are short and fast and the lady at the counter is almost always cheerful and helpful. The main lady who delivers to my neighborhood is an angel! She is very helpful and patient and more than once has gone the extra steps to assist me with a package. I've never experienced an issue and am always happy to see these folks.

I usually don't have any issues with the Jordan Post Office. My mail and packages seem to get delivered on time. Kathy (our mail lady), is super friendly and always greets the kids with a smile.

For the year and a half I lived here, nearly half of my packages were detained, withheld, and generally undelivered with little to no explanation or co-operation from the staff. Now that I have moved, almost all my mail is getting returned to sender rather than sent to the forwarding address.

I feel sorry for this entire town.
