I've been going to this office for over 6 years (I have a PO Box for my business), and everyone there has always been courteous, friendly, and helpful.

The WORST service I've ever encountered. They say they 'attempt' to deliver, but they don't even try. They are just too lazy to walk from the parking lot to the condo!! LAZY, LAZY, LAZY!!! And then ... they won't re-deliver ... they insist we come to pick it up! LAZY!!

There was an error on the part of this location regarding a COA. When I brought it to their attention, I was treated very rudely. I was told it was a Family forward, which it was Not, it was an individual forward. My name was Not on it. I was told no one could help me by phone until carrier was contacted the next day. I drove to the location within 10min and was again treated very rudely. I was told it was Our error in the paperwork, which it was Not as I pointed out. Also, I was told Human Error happens? This is their Job, its all computer generated info, they should do it correctly. Paperwork was literally thrown back at me Twice as well as a very rude agent named Sara W who made comments regarding my competence. I will not tolerate or accept this kind of treatment for myself or others. This is not the way to handle important business that affects others. In the meantime, I was told a package being delivered was in route as a forward to my mothers address in Ny, but on the paperwork from USPS clearly states it is being returned to sender in Ca. Also, there is other Time Sensitive info I have been waiting for that is affecting My Business, Income and Life! This is Not Ok!
