Service at this Post Office location has improved 100% from a year ago. They use every person in the office when lines are long. They even have a manned kiosk for customers to perform minimal tasks like dtop offs and small purchases. Management must have been listening.

Been going here for years and spend roughly $4000.00 on postage each year though the area has grown they have not grown with it. Constantly the mail box drop offs are full or broken. So making after hours drop off is annoying, even during hours these boxes can fill up as well or someone jams them or the staff does not empty them often enough. The service is decent and the staff is nice.

The only reason I gave one star is bc you have to to give a review. There is one woman .. whom I always seem to get.. and she is nasty, hateful, unfriendly... any other mean words you can use. She always charges me WAY too much. I have shipped things for YEARS with my small business and I have never heard of such prices! I will go out of my way and go at weird hours to go to the Apollo Beach post office bc of this ONE person. She sucks!

One of the least effectively run locations. Picking up packages is agonizing and a timely process. They have no clue what they are doing and are slower than bloody hell. The postmaster needs to put a foot down and clean house.

I like this location much better than the other office I would go to. I'm always in and out within a minute and they're always friendly and quick to help us.
