They told me they closed even though I came 5 minuted before closing. lady was rude and told me to come back another time.  I guess they are to busy to see customers.   Customer Support is bad-the way they say things with attitude; the only thing they have is conveniant location.. Thats all

Nickle and dimes you to death on packaging. Claims she tries to save you money then charges you 3$ for a .20 cent box even though you already paid postage prior, and have your good to be shipped packaged and pre paid for to be sent. But because she doesnt like the fact you already bought packaging and shipping outside of her overpriced shop, she tries to make you buy her packaging and postage for more, inflated prices, claiming thats just the way it is and theres nothing you can do about it, No one else EVER gave me as many issues mailing a small parcel as the owner of this shop, This place is conveniently located to me. However id rather be inconvenienced by driving the extra 30 seconds up the road to the ups store and do all my future business with them instead of being price gouged, lied to, and over charged to mail a small parcel. In this case, printer ink. Maybe a 3 oz package at most.

This Saturday, I drove from 30+ minutes away to mail an urgent package and they closed early before 2pm!  The person who came to the door said "I'm sorry we already shut down...we have other stuff to do"--it wasn't 2pm yet and the doors were locked.  I could have gone to a different location that closed at 2pm and gotten my package out. Now it isn't possible. This is the first time this has ever happened to me with usps and I think it is just this location which is operating like a private business rather than a government post office. I am sharing so others know this isn't reliable.

46 and they’re still not open. Sign on door says they open at 8:30.
