First: going into the post office itself. I have always had a friendly experience with all the staff. They move the line as quick as possible and try to show you the best price to ship your package at. The only time it is slow is during the holidays, but that is everywhere and expected at the post office. Second: mail delivery is usually around the same time every day except for when someone is filling in. Had some ripped packages once or twice but that happens in the shipping process. My street is similar to another street address a few streets over and occasionally mixed up mail in the beginning. After talking to the mail woman she took care of it and it rarely ever happens. Over all good service.

The USPS lost a package in Jacksonville delaying it by about a week. It arrived finally in Parrish and I was told it would be delivered today for certain (2/26/18). The driver passed our box leaving no mail. When I called the Post Office I was assured that the tracking showed it would be delivered today. After about another 40 minutes or so passed, I called again and was told that the driver acknowledged the package was on his truck, and the agent at the Post Office assured me it would indeed be delivered today. It never was delivered.

Twice a week we get mail from different addresses at least 10 doors down. I have missed many important hospital and insurance bills for at least the last year. Tired of walking the street to deliver mail myself. ..should I be the one getting paid! ? Going to Fed Ex to get what mail I seriously need! 😠😬 Idiots!

The automated is a pain.. takes forever to get through and then its the wrong area - cant talk to a real person by saying customer service or hitting a prompt .. as for the post office and people there .. 5 star ..they have always been good

We've lived in Parrish for 15 years and our experience with the Parrish post office has always been wonderful. Mail delivery has been timely and efficient, and everyone I've met within the post office has always been kind. Thank you for all that you do, on the road and behind the counter!
