For almost two years I got no packages or magazines (I was later told that it was an apartment wide problem) . Constantly complained, but got no where. Finally had a showdown with the POS in charge. Threatened to go to the DOJ to get my mail. Suddenly started getting packages, including one that was marked as having been delivered 45 days earlier, but still no magazines. I confronted him again, but he had his head shoved too far up his bum to care about the needs of the public. This POS seems to be bidding his time till he retires, whereas he, and most of the supervisors should be arrested for multiple violations of the Postal codes. I may still seek Federal intervention into his mismanagement.

I was so excited to see that my bachelor's degree was shipping out, I showed up at the post office as soon as I confirmed it was delivered. Imagine my disappointment when the bold letters saying do not fold were apparently ignored. I can't quite hang a folded diploma, now can I. Now I have to get it replaced out of pocket. Idiots.

Always get great service with delivery service. I get lot packages they alway keep eye on damaged, rain day and time to answers questions on the service. If you ever be in another country, you will love our service and price.nothing is perfect.

Put a forwarding address in this morning because I moved. Came in to inquire about picking up a box that should be here soon (has been in transit since 6am its now 1pm) asked if i could just pick it up at the post office (its not that hard for a text notification their system does it automatically. The woman in the back office informed me that its coming from tampa( uh my tracking number says orlando she saw the email and shes like no it goes from orlando to tampa then us.... yea ok) and its a suran wrapped pallet and no one will get to it until tomorrow at 3am. My reponse is it took me 30 mins to drive here from orlando and I just wanted to know if I can pick it up here because they LOST MY LAST FRICKING BOX (i said it nicely of course more flies with honey) She informed me "well that stuff happens and theres nothing she can do about it". Gets hateful because I dont understand how stressful her job is (then find a new job lady) and says traffic time varies My box left orlando this morning I understand that traffic times are different and the box might not bs proccessed yet. HOWEVER the lady was hateful, condesending and never answered my question. She originally said the forwarding address will take three days to process then backtracked and said its automatic. If anyone has had to deal with her you know what I'm talking about. Older, african american, mole on the forehead cant miss her. As we are walking out she continues to say "have a nice day jesus christ" I have the utmost respect for postal service workers but I'm glad I moved because if i didnt all of my mail would be going through fedex. Jesus christ my butt she needs some jesus.

A full service Post Office. Needs more handicapped parking for elderly customers. Has mail slots in the lobby for mailing letters.
