Today, Sunday, 11/26/2017, at 3:54pm, a resident in my subdivision delivered my Priority Mail to me. The name and address on said envelope was correct. Important papers were enclosed and I am thankful for the gentleman’s honesty. Requesting a call from USPS, concerning this matter, on 11/27/2017. This is not the first time of such poor delivery. I have been here for twenty eight years. Hire people that care.

Been sending my son there for me two, three times a month for over a year to mail a manila envelope.  Also, not the same content or weight in (manila) envelope each time. The most he was ever charged was $3.08.  Today, Jan. 18, 2018, with less than I normally mail, he was charged $3.96.  So, evidently their scales need to be re-calibrated or, according to my receipt, clerk 05 has got his thumb on the scale.  But, the worse thing, my son (we only live a mile from post office) didn't want to break a twenty, so he took just two $1 bills, because he had plenty of change in his change dish (ash tray)... (remember $3.08 was the most he ever had to pay).  While he was waiting in line, an aquaintance of the family walked up right behind him.  It seems my son only grabbed $1.38 worth of change, (still plenty to cover highest rate ever).  Much to his embarrassment he had to run back out to his car and get some more change.  Needless to say he wasn't happy, called their 1-800# and gave them a bad review.

No service whatsoever. Absolutely awful. "Service" is just an automated answering machine trying to route calls to other automated replies. If your question doesn't fit, you are out of luck.  You need to hire some people to answer the phones.

If I was able to give negative stars I would. My experience here was horrible! The customer service specifically by Erich, Ralph, and the lead SSA were most definitely unqualified, rude, and unkind associates of this specific USPS! I don't recommend renting out a PO Box because even if you are the primary account holder it, they can close your box out at any point in time without notification. Additionally, my package was signed by K. Kitchen and she told me she has no clue where my package is in the post office. Sounds like my package was stolen. Horrible service and would not recommend using this post office to ANYONE!

I called for a package ! The guys says what your address? I hear click , Then he comes back in and says your package is not here it's was delivered ! Then , CLICK ! he hangs up on me ! Doesn't say bye , thank you,  nothing ..
