My girlfriend went to mail a card through self-serve after hours the Friday night before Halloween. The machine never printed her stamps. She returned with a receipt and the same large orange envelope she walked in with. The next day she went to ask if she could get her money back or the stamps she needed and without looking at any of the security cameras a supervisor told her she left in the seconds it took for the stamps to drop and the next customer probably got them. She was in there for several minutes checking all of the dispenser slots repeatedly, feeling for the edge of something stuck inside and even tried to see if the touch screen had a troubleshooting program (it doesn't), before she checked all of the slots again! She was told she would be contacted by someone about the issue and had to buy stamps again at the counter! It's almost Christmas, she's out the money, and no one ever contacted her.

This service totally sucks.  Mail gets here later and later every day.  When you call you really don't get an answer or solution to whatever problem you might have.  Talked to a "Derrick"  (wouldn't or couldn't give me his last name) who was totally unhelpful and even seemed put off that I would question there delivery of the mail.  Said schedules changed but this information was confidential.  Here's a public service for which we pay and the information is confidential.  My only hope is that these people are put out of business and someone more responsive is put in charge.

Can't believe that there is very bad customer service. Just wanted to get passport applications and the front counter service rep was treating me like I was a non citizen,I wanted just to renew my passport. I'm a U.S. citizen and Disable U.S. Veteran....no respect.

You lost my package TWICE!!! How is this possible? Let me tell you: First you can't find my address and say the package can't be delivered. You've delivered mail to me for almost 20 years. Then on your second attempt you deliver it to another street that's not on the package. The person that got my package drove it to my house.

Extremely unhelpful. I came in very nicely being a customer service worker myself I understand having to deal with rude customers. However, the staff were so rude and wanted to speak to me like I was a child because THEY lost my package. The worker that was “helping” me then said he would handle it and call me by the end of the day, which he didn’t. Bottom line they’re rude, and unorganized.
