I live in a different nearby city and I am so completely fed up with this post office. They have messed up my mail with out exaggeration, about eight times. The best part is it is the same two mail people. I have had to call time and time again I have had my phone number avoided completely by management at this location. This final package says it is in a parcel box and lord know who got the key to my brand new white jeans custom tailored. Or where they will even go from here. They send out a text after they close to tell me the package was delivered. And being as it is Saturday I will have to wait until Monday. There is no voicemail set up to express distress. This repetitive incompetence cannot be accidental. (Yes the address is correct i verified with the vendor) Seriously unsure how to avoid this situation... Maybe send my mail to someone else’s home?

Long line but kept moving. Was in and out quickly considering how long the line was. Someone from the back came out to assist customers who were just picking up. My window clerk was very nice.

The Zephyrhills post office is the most incompetent and miserable post office I have ever had to use. This particular post office has the most negative energy within it that I have ever experienced. From the uncaring and grumpy-faced front desk workers to the lazy and unreliable delivery drivers. My wife and I have had five horrible experiences with the Zephyrhills Post office in less than eighteen months of living in the town. Only the latin/male front desk "worker, who is a FSU fan is pleasant and competent at this location.

I have a business and have been not receiving my mail for almost a month now and I am so fed up with this post office and the carrier. I mean really my neighbors are gone and their mailbox has no numbers on it. Just 100ft away is my mailbox and plainly states my address. But for some stupid lazy reason the carrier can't even get it right. Ugh so fed up with these people. They could care less if we get our mail or not. Called and the line is busy once again. Guess I am going to go up there and put in the stupid carrier complaints.
