After the Northwest Reno post office sold me a money order, LOST IT, and gave me incorrect information when I tried to cancel it, this location fixed things. Five stars for William, who was the staff member who helped me out here.

On multiple occasions, they deliver my packages to the wrong door, speak to another apartments residents that do not even have the same name that is on my package and do not even check the list of names that he himself has listed as approved names for my address to confirm the package does actually belong at my address. 
This location's staff even called me to inform me that the mailman tried to deliver it to "my" address but was told by the people there that were there that it was the wrong address and I needed to provide them with the correct one. Note: I do not have anyone there during the day to say that could speak to the mailman to begin with if he was actually at the correct address. 
This mailman that delivers to the apartments off 7th is incompetent and because of this, now a handful of important packages have been mis-delivered or returned. 
How hard is it to take a package to the correct address (that I have not changed on anything in 3 years) that has a building letter, coinciding floor number and apt number to the correct door? (IE: A110, B212, C320, etc)

I agree with these negative posts. Not only don't they knock on your door they don't even get the right house! Seems to me that they don't even look at addresses when they deliver a package. I have seen them go to the wrong house before with one of my packages. When I called the post office they were rude saying that they didn't screw up. After arguing with them I finally got my package later that day. I'm very disappointed in the professionalism that surrounds the office and their drivers. If they don't like their job they should quit and let someone else do it that doesn't mind getting packages to the right addresses.  They need to take the time to make sure that deliveries are not delivered to another address. Look at the package and the number on the house. Really simple if you ask me.
