Package was not delivered due to the mailbox being too small. The carrier did not leave a packaging slip so I could pick up at the office. The carrier tried to deliver the package the next day and for the second time did not deliver the package due to the mailbox being too small and again did not leave a slip so I could pick up the package at the office. I guess they expected the mailbox to magically grow overnight. I had to call the office so they could specifically tell the carrier to leave the parcels at the office so I can pick them up tomorrow. Hopefully I’m able to without a packaging slip.

I have mailed dozens of packages via priority mail and do not stand in line,  but drop the pre labeled boxes in the lobby receptacle.  100% delivery and handling without dealing with the counter.  My three encounters with the counter have all been fine.  This from someone with no love for post offices!  Only complaint is they should have a drive through package drop,  boxes don't even take small priority boxes

Not sure why this place does not have 5 stars. 
Stopped here for the first time to mail last minute Christmas gifts and expected the standard zombified employee / customer mix you see this time of year. 

But I was happily surprised to see two postal workers walking around pulling people from the line who had easy tasks to do. As well as offering tape and pens to those who had not finished packing their items.  

This made the line move very smoothly and once to the counter I was greeted by a young man with the name "King" on his nametag. He was very nice without going overboard and I was in and out of the Post office in less than 15 minutes.

I sent two cards to my daughter at Center For Hope.  However, I did not put the suite number, although their name, her name, and the complete address are on the cards.    Neither card ever made it.  Both contained checks for her.  They appear to be lost.

Please hire people that will be helpful and will do their job right. Your worker JILL is always a pain in the ass and it seems like she is rubbing off on other workers as well. She intentionally gives out wrong information on multiple occasions and I truly believe she finds joy in this behavior. Her demeanor and attitude towards people is rude and condescending.
