Always rude. People behind the counter seem to hate their job. I really wish I could use another carrier for my small businesses.

In reguards of Cynthia Rivera'.....This country is not based in a language  and you do not need to know english or spanish you can be a citizen in any language, second of all spanish is one of the most spoken language in the world. In this country it's not in the constitution to know english to be a ciziten look it up and learn your facts. Second of all who the hell are you? You're Hispanic and don't even know your own home language?  That is as ignorant as it gets, you don't even know your home's nor your country's culture that's a true ignorant....sad

I called over and over and they won't answer the phone. Won't even give me the option of leaving a message. Been calling during the day around 11:30 am.

I mailed a package on March 10, 2017 from a Kansas post office.  The expected delivery date was March 16, 2017.  The tracking information displays that it was received at this location on March 18, 2017.  This post office has still yet to deliver the package and it is March 22, 2017.  I sent my niece to pickup the package at this location and they said they don't have it.  In addition to them saying they don't have it they can't explain why they don't have it even though the online tracking software says it is there.  I proceeded to contact my local Kansas post office who is trying to track the package down but the Santa Ana post office phone number doesn't work to talk with anyone.  The mailbox is full and no one answers the phone prior to getting the mailbox full message.  I will never send a package via USPS ever again.  UPS and FedEx will receive all my business from here forward.
