So far I have had nothing but one bad experience after another. First off I’ve never been on a waiting list to get a box, and living in a mountain town that requires a PO Box because there is no mail delivery sucks. It took almost two months before we got a box. Then finally we get one and every time I have gone in, my key doesn’t work because the lock constantly needs to be repaired. And now I’m trying to retrieve a package that says it arrived last week but I have nothing in my box... so it looks like I’m going in again to figure out what the heck is going on. I’m just not please with my experience so far with this place and I don’t have any other post office to go to.

One of the best post offices on the mountain. I never have an issue dropping off my mail or a problem picking up mail. Saturday's can be a bit of a handful because of the limited hours but I appreciate that they move as quickly as possible and usually take customers with a pick up slip to a separate line. They remember their customers & greet them by their name. They take the time to ask how things are going and it makes your time in line not so bad when you're greeted by a smile. 😊 Last Collection times for outside drop box Monday- Friday 4:30pm Saturday 3pm Sunday CLOSED

This place deserves a negative rating. There are a few good ones, like Debbie, who go out of thier way to help you and make your experience very pleasant. Unfortunately not everyone shares her level of customer service or her love for our community and it's becoming more and more evident every day. Working in customer service is hard, dealing with different personalities and moods for hours on end is taxing and I understand that I have been in customer service for fifteen years I've been cussed out, belittled, threatened, and in one really bad senerio had a drink thrown on me because it wasn't made with soy milk, so I like I said I do understand that dealing with the public is challenging, and that the customers attitude doesn't usually help the situation. That being said there is absolutely no reason for the complete disregard the Postmaster, Jeri Lynn, has for not only the basic principles of customer service, but also seems to be lacking the ability to be a decent human being. As the leader, manager, and postmaster of this location she needs to be held accountable for her actions. She treats everyone like we are an inconvenience to her and makes it known to everyone when she rolls her eyes at your questions, and let's out an over exaggerated sigh, and if that doesn't make it known to you that you, the customer, who are forced to come in, are an inconvenience to her she will make it a point to talk loudly as she walks away reiterating her feelings, and when she returns a passive agressive insult will be thrown your way. This is absolutely unacceptable not only from any customer service employee but to be treated so poorly by the person in charge of the location is mind blowing, and the fact that it is a regular occurrence, with everyone who ineracts with her and that is getting worse means that change needs to be made, immediately! If you want to complain it's a strenuous process that unltimatly ends up with her and your complaint ends up in her trash can right next to her respect for our community! This is the reason why i have began reaching out to higher up officers within the postal service to make it know that there is a true and genuine problem here in our post office, and I hope I'm not the only one doing so cause something has to change here. We are not given a choice here on where we get our mail, if we were I would bet money that majority of our town would jump on the opportunity to go elsewhere. We deserve to have our mail delivered ON TIME and if there is an issue we deserve to be treated with DIGNITY and RESPECT while trying to resolve it.

Tried to call ahead to warn of my drivers license coming in street address and not PO Box cause it's my license and should have my street address on it. But sat on hold for 54 minutes until I gave up and hung up! They return your package or mail so carelessly . 3 Times so far. Im hoping that for sure a state department envelope will get one of them to be like oh this is important mail let's get this to him. Praying

I'm sorry to say, but the employees that work her are miserable in their personal life. No matter how polite I am, they are always rude. There is never no parking, and they don't care about your mail. My letter and packages are always smashed into my po box. There's always room for improvement, just try a little. Kindness can you a long way.
