Reviews

I get notices saying "package undeliverable" while leaving the rest of the packages at the door. When asking why they cant be delivered, well they can give no reason, just drive to town to pick up your random package we don't want to deliver.

Employee named Kerri/Carrie or some other way of spelling is terrible. She has the IQ of a banana peel and doesn't seem to know how to do her job. I've been having packages held for me over there for over a year, and Kerri is the only one who ever answers the telephone and every time she says they can't ever hold packages at all. Terrible customer service. Also, the reason I have packages held...my mail carrier is VERY rough with my packages and shoves them in the mailbox even if they are too big to fit safely, sometimes badly damaging the items inside. I can't complain because Carrie always says she's the only person inside the entire post office and always will be. So basically, the Hillsboro PO has no postmaster, no other customer service reps besides the mentally challenged young girl, Karrie, who doesn't know how to do her job, and the carriers are idiots. I really want to switch post offices, but unless I move, I can't.

Always a problem with packages. I didn't receive my package on Saturday which was a 70/80 dollar order. And I've had to drop off other packages to people's house because they can't seem to get anything right

Every package I've ever ordered to my address has either been lost or delivered to the wrong address. I'm not sure what's going on at this place but they clearly have little oversight for their carriers and care nothing about the people they are serving. If there was a way around ever having to use them I would. The worst possible outcome every time. I
