Had my experience of rude customer service, while I was in uniform.  I know it doesn't matter badge or not people shouldnt be rude to customers. I went into this store for 2 stamps at 8:15a. The lady told me that they would only do it if I carried cash and she was very rude about It, I explained I don't carry cash. She stayed well you'd have to come back when we open at 830a or I won't take card. 

The sign outside stated that the lobby opened at 8a. 

Not friendly staff. Very rude. I later went to New Haven post office to get my stamps instead.

Slow at lunchtime​.  Website's hours are wrong.  Closes at 12:30 on Saturday.  Nice people.

Fairly nice people there, but bring your own tape or you will have to buy a roll there because they don't let you use any of theirs.

Few minutes till closing all my mother needed was to hand in a package and leave and the front office clerk she closed the door in my mom's face and told her some of us want to go home.
