Actually I want to give 0 star. Some employees are super rude. They don't want to do their job. Don't provide required information. I think it costs them so much to even look at you. Very very rude and very unprofessional. Will never go to this location again and won't let any of my friends go there too.

A week after I mailed a birthday card, it was returned marked "Attempted Delivery" … BUT THE STAMP HAD NOT BEEN CANCELLED!  It was to my brother, so I KNOW the address was correct, and they had lived there for years.  I believe that someone on that route just did not feel like delivering all the mail that day.

We got our neibohors' mail instead of ours, I called to track down our mail which we were expecting two checks to arrive. A rude woman at this location said she would contact the mail carrier. Never received it. I called again today, they had no record of me calling yesterday or that our mail was missing. Time after time, the Ballwin post office is extremely unprofessional and rude.
