This is the worse unprofessional post office ever!!!! They have ghetto staff members in the office including the postal carriers.  My mail has been tampered with, open, mail stolen then once they didn’t like what was on the inside. They had the audacity to bring it back open. I have a security video camera attached to my door peephole. Caught the person who did it. The post office would not release the name to me. I called the police, they told me I need to have a name in order for me to press criminal chargers. However I still have the time stamp pictures of the postal carrier.

I will literally drive out of my to go to any post office besides this one. They are not proactive at all in order to make the office run more efficiently. If the card machine is down and they are accepting cash only, you will literally wait in a never ending line just to get to the front and then they tell you. It would make sense to put up a sign or something so you know before you wait what is going on but again, they do nothing to be proactive. You can really tell that they don't care at all.

I have made several trips to this location after hours to use the self service kiosk.  It has been out of order for over a week.  I went today as they were closing. I asked one of the workers was she aware the machine was down and when did they expect it to be up. She never looked up simply said yes she was aware.  This location is convenient for me but the customer is so bad I will drive further.

They are so unprofessional. Always have an attitude when I go there and ALWAYS have me on a long hold when I call. I have never seen a friendly face in there and I have been going there for 2 years unfortunately. My package magically disappeared three different times and the manager didn't even seem to care( Idiot). I honestly think the entire staff should be FIRED!

This is one of the most useless working environment I have to deal with.They keep misplacing my packages and won’t find it.I can’t wait to take them to court .Dont I mean don’t go there.No wonder they got the worst reviews ever.I wish I can give a 0 cuz that’s what they deserve.THEY ARE ALL THIEFS.They will also keep your package and calm it’s missing for themselves trust me .
