PSA:THIS IS NOT A POST OFFICE!

It's not customer friendly or helpful because it's not meant for customers, it's a distribution center. 
If you receive any notices for this location it's in error and your meant to go to the post office at 2833 Alabama ave SE in the Safeway shopping center.

Got a call from this location. Called back 2 minutes later, and the woman said call back Monday at 10:30 am? Because I Googled the number prior to calling back I could see they are actually open until 5:00 pm today. On top of that I have no clue where my package is as I was never left a door tag for both delivery attempts. The tracking status wasn't even updated until 2 days later, so there was no way to know if there was going to be another delivery attempt or not.

Really wish I could give 0. Each and every time I speak with them they are rude and just don’t care. I actually just spoke to this location this morning and the woman actually would not let me speak. I asked her to please stop interrupting me when I’m trying to speak and she laughed and put me on hold. Aren’t they supposed to be customer service friendly?

Things that happen on a consistent bases with my mail out of this location:
Registered Mail Notices for packages that have not arrived at the post office or cannot be found

Tracked packages marked as delivered, but not actually received (by me)

Other peoples packages and mail in my box.

My mail in other peoples boxes. (delivered to me by those people)

I've complained about this multiple times and EVERY FRIGGIN TIME the post manager says the carrier claims to have delivered the package. I try to request UPS or FedEx shipping for packages because there's a 75% chance USPS is going to muck up my delivery.

Terrible service!!! I could not email my complaint and finally when I called they took forever to get back to me. The people that I spoke with did not seem to know anything. The questions they asked did not make any sense for locating my lost package.
