Called to see if I could speak to someone about my package but instead they hung up on me. I figured I’d ignore the reviews because maybe it’s been a while and the workers have been replaced but as it turns out the people commenting here aren’t wrong at all. How are they still open?

Rarely do I leave reviews.  But the service at this branch is so poor that it demeans the already embattled reputation of the USPS such that I, a 30-year-old man, will never choose it as a courier service again.

The Cleveland Browns put up a stronger showing in 2017 than did this post office.

Terrible.. it goes beyond customer service.. if you want your package delivered on time this is the last place you want to go to. I sent a SMALL box from Boston to New York City on December 2nd.... I tracked it today (Dec 11th) and it said it's just leaving Boston. Mind you the estimated delivery date was December 5th.. they must have sat on the box for 9 days and did nothing. DONT GO HERE!!!

I dont know why this place has so many bad reviews, I went here to deliver a package and pick up some boxes. I also asked some questions because I'm a bit new to buying priority mail and everyone was nice and did not do anything wrong. Great place!

Its been a week that i have not recieved my mail and this is not the first time i have had this issue.  I called to speak to someone who claimed they could not help me and told me to call back the next day. I have called several times and no one answers and it says they are open until 5pm. I also called the 1800 number and it says the wait time is 50 minutes. That is ridiculous.  Im upset because i have important documents that should have been here days ago. So now because someone is not doing their job i have to wait over the weekend to go out of my way to go to the office to complain..
