Let me start by saying that if I could give a 0 star review I would. The customer service is atrocious! My package was held for 30 DAYS!! I called twice and put on hold for an hour and 1h13 mns respectively. The supervisor told me:'' give it your best shot" when I said I would complain to the better business bureau. USPS needs to be closed for good or better their service.

Hello. This is my fifth attempt at solving this issue. I made four attempts through official customer service channels. I'm hoping this attempt will prove more successful than those others. The Postal Service tells me that they can't deliver packages to my house 'because there's no name on my mailbox.' Honestly, I never knew that was an issue. I legitimately never thought that that would be an issue. I just have never thought about it before. Cool cool.... but .....my partner got a package delivered to our mailbox yesterday by USPS, along with a piece of first class mail delivered with my name on it, as well as, a piece of third class mail for someone who hasn't lived at this exact address since June 2014. The Postal Service employees do wildly varied things: -They deliver mail and packages when the name's on the mailbox -They deliver mail and packages when there isn't a name on the mailbox -I've eye-witnessed postal workers (1) not buzzing or knocking, (2) delivering other mail and (3) leaving a 'delivery attempt' notice concerning a package. ...this has happened multiple times -They deliver mail that has an adjacent building and/or unit number on a letter or package -They don't deliver mail because it had an adjacent building and/or unit number on a letter or package The attached photos were of mail I got on Friday, September, 14tb, 2017. They are an example of the USPS (1) delivering a package to an individual even though there wasn't a name on the box., (2) delivering a piece a first class mail even though there wasn't a name on the box, and (3) delivering a piece of mail for someone whose name has not been on the mailbox as long as I resided here, which is been more than 40 months. I can already hear the Post office replying, "We leave third-party mail in the box it's addressed to. We do not forward third-party mail.. Some third-party mail is addressed to 'Name...or current occupant' so, again, we would leave it." What is important about this mail delivery is the fact that I have written on literally dozens of piece of first class mail that these particular people do not live here anymore. Furthermore, their names have not been on our mailbox in 40 months yet we have received their first class mail, their third class mail, and, yes, packages have even been left for them by the USPS in my mailbox. ...Look. I just want my packages. and I want the system to work better for everyone since were all paying into it through taxes and postal fees. Right now I see wildly varied results depending upon the day. I have gone to the east Boston post office, as well as, to he Chelsea package center only to be rebuffed with talking points that don't solve the problem. Thank you.

I usually don't write reviews. I had nothing but a terrible experience with USPS in general and particular with the Chelsea's location. I called an 800 number and was waiting for 40 min to talk to someone about my package that was not delivered to my house on time and was terribly delayed. I'm not kidding ab the 40 min and by the way, no one picked up the phone, then I finally gave up and hung up. The tracking number was saying that my package is sitting at the Chelsea's location. I Googled for their number and called. I lost the count of how many times I had to call to this location trying to talk to someone about my package. First of all, it took me literally about 30 times to call them, because their number was busy. One of the clerks told me that I need to call back in 10 min to speak to Lola, the manager who was at the meeting at the moment, so I called in 10 min and was told that she's was still at the meeting and I should call them back in about 1/2hr or so. So, I called in 1/2hr, the number was busy again and I had to call them again ab 30 time before someone finally picked up. That someone was terribly rude - I asked him for Lola, he didn't even answer my question, but started speaking with me in a high tone voice interrogating me who I was, even though I just told him that I needed to speak to Lola, the manager. Then finally, the man told me that she was gone for the day and I need to call them back to talk to her tomorrow. I asked him if he could help me to track my package, he refused to do so. It's a very frustrating experience, complete waste of my time! Their costumer service is the most terrible and the company sucks, because it is run by the Government.

I have been getting calls and emails that my mail is being returned as un-deliverable. Interesting since I have not moved. Been trying to call since last week - no one ever answers. Going directly to the USPS site.
