I've lived in Jersey City for the past 2 decades & I am grateful that ALL I HAVE TO DO IS WALK TO A USPS - instead of going to MANHATTAN OR DRIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. All I wish is that I HOPE THE CITY GOV'T can give the workers microphones & update the facility a little bit. Nobody wants to "yell' but it's hard to be heard by people through a bullet proof glass. I know they are hard working people at USPS because I would always get updates on my tracking etc. I APPRECIATE THIS LOCATION it is a big help to the community

THE WORST POST OFFICE!!! After having left a slip at my house for redelivery, I went in the next day to pick it up and they said that the package cannot be picked up yet. WHY?? Makes no sense that if my package is at the post office I should be able to claim my stuff. So I ordered them to make a redelivery to my house. After a week, I still didn't receive my package so I went back to this location to get the package. Luckily, I took a picture of my slip to show them. They looked for my package for almost an hour and couldn't find it. The manager said she would call me back after a few days to check if the package was around. Never got a call!! I wasn't able to go back for another 2 weeks and the package is being sent into customs since it is coming from overseas. Now I am not sure what will happen to my package and am having to figure it out now and it is all because of the fault of this post office!

The worst post office ever! I don't even know where to start. People who working here are just horrible and extremely RUDE!! And no professional at all. No idea how those horrible people even get a job! If you don't wanna work there? Just quit!  if you don't know what to do? ASK someone who know!!!! You don't even deserve one star.

The worst post office ever. Entirely unhelpful and rude supervisors who look over an imcompetant staff. They constantly lose my mail or packages and leave notices of failed deliveries when they truly did not even attempt.

If order anything online and unfortunately USPS is delivering it from this destination, you are done!! You will never get it delivered or never get to know where is it. When you visit them to inquire about it, they will treat you like trash and never give you any good response.
