If 0 stars were an option, that would be it. This place is an utter waste of time, the line is always out the door, they take their sweet time to service. And on top of it the representatives are absolutely rude, condescending and have no desire to help anyone, they think that becaus they are tenured they are holier than thou and can just speak to customers any which way, the most rude of them all is the Spanish woman, wow I’ve never encountered someone with the unwillingness to serve customers like she possesses, not only is she rude but always carries this sourpuss face that’s so not inviting to customers. She seems as though she loathes the fact that she is there. And that’s so very sad because so many people would love to have work as such with the willingness to work that she does not posses. It’s always a problem, they give you half answers on everything and it’s always a new exorbitant charge for even the most minuscule things. If you ask a question they look at you like you’re stupid and don’t even answer. And don’t bother asking for a manager, because they won’t call them out for you. The post master or whatever higher up is there really needs to take a look at the kind of reps they have there because with the number of negative reviews at this provider something just has got to give!

I would give 0 stars if I could.  WORST POST OFFICE EVER.  They always mess up deliveries and then get an attitude with you for trying to rectify the issue.  Like how dare you actually want your stuff???  I will check every shipping option for every order I do from now on to ensure that I choose the option that does not utilize USPS.  THE WORST!

I should give a half rating for this.And most important the staff is worst ever they never give proper answers to customers.They do what they want to not what customer wants.
I wanted a priority express mail for India which costs only 41$ bt they took 63$ for first class priority mail in which my mail should be at my destination in 3 days bt it's week now it not delivered.I don't know why they taking a lot money though not giving proper services.

Worst office ever, I just hope I can move my address from there because every time I go there is a new problem. Also the Indian guy I don’t know his name made me spend 2 hours there because he didn’t want to send a package for me, I will call and make a a complaint. Don’t even bother to go here

Crustal the ‘customer rep’ has no concept of customer service, she has ignored a security risk in which their postman lost my greencard and I was out of work for over a year, and the kid Dejaun cost us $900 in court costs and replacement card plus one year of work lost. She needs to get sacked and the kid who kept posting our mail to the building next door. Stop affirmative action hiring lay abouts who should be kept on welfare instead.
