I would give zero stars if I could. If you're trying to get assistance tracking a package which the website says is in transit but never shows up as scheduled, good luck trying to get a word in edgewise. Kevin, was so interested in hearing himself speak that I couldn't even explain the issue of the USPS site giving vague/incorrect information for days. It would say in transit with no specific location; "then said out for delivery to you by 8pm", but of course it was never delivered and then the site updated to "delivery date unknown. Kevin, first said it was out for delivery but then said he couldn't say with certainty, only that it was processed. And he yelled at me when I said he was contradicting himself.... This is why the postal service nearly became extinct, because of inferior service and the complete lack of customer service.

There has been misunderstandings, especially when it came to expensive items being shipped from here. But if you're shipping something simple like a letter or an item under $50 then the people do their job. Otherwise, there's a very big chance that something will get lost.

Worst post office in the area. Long wait times, rude counter help, lack of knowledge is mind blowing. I avoid this place like the plague.

This was my third time at this post office, and each time they've been difficult. They make you wait in line, sometimes very long lines, to drop off prepaid packages, while other post offices have a drop box or area for those with no waiting. The staff is always confused and they don't know the shipping options. Worth the drive to the Clifton post office. They're much more helpful.
