I came here to return a package that I got a prepaid label for and my package was 1 pound off from the weight on the shipping label. The USPS person told me that because the weight was wrong I had to pay extra. I’ve never had to do this when the prepaid label had a slightly inaccurate weight so I was starting to smell some BS. I left this USPS and went to the Jamesburg one and was able to ship it right away without paying the extra BS money. Do not trust this USPS store... any chance they get they will squeeze every penny they can off of you.

I love everyone at the post office. If you are kind and patient, that will help with the wait. The whole of Monroe Township are rude, awful people and that's not just the retirees. The drivers are rude and have no courtesy for anyone. The children lack manners and refinement.

They lost my package and kept telling me to call the next day, presumably so the next person on duty could get up and look for it. Anyway, after the 4th time the company I ordered from called them and just gave up and luckily refunded my money even though it wasnt their fault. Could've easily been out of $100.

During my visit on Saturday (early afternoon) I found the service to be much improved from what I used to endure at this location. The agent who took care of us (Mai) was quick and efficient plus she maintained a pleasant friendly attitude throughout our lengthy and slightly complex transactions. She even took the time to offer, unsolicited, a few tips and suggestions for future mailings that will make the process easier. Great improvement in customer service.
