Been coming to this branch (90027) for years  and under the management of Caroline, the front lobby workers have been MORE exceedingly efficient, knowledgable and helpful than under past management.  I truly believe the staff and management of this particular branch (90027) understand that they are there to serve us as customers.

Your typical post office. I wish they kept it cleaner though. They should definitely update it and have nicer workers as well.

No parcel scanning, missing and nothing can be done because it is not in tracking,  you can not repost in addition remove negative comments :(

Just awesome. Looks like it gets really busy in there at times. I found the people that work there have more patience than people that are customers. From the person that helped me in line, to the person at the counter....I give you A+. :-) The Gentleman that helped me at the counter- Rodrick, (I think that was his name), was nothing but that, a Gentleman. He calmed me down and made everything more simple.
Hey, just wanted to put my quick 2 cents in. Thanks guys, and give this guy a raise. Cheers!

I send item to china.  The tracking is  not updated 20 days. Im very much disapointed their service.
