They are horrible and they don't care about people package. They deliver my package which was 10lb cost $300 outside my house and was taken my landlord give me the tape and I saw it them and 3 weeks later they do the same and my package taken cost $186

Useless... I am currently trying to locate two packages.  I recently moved and their excuse was but "your name isn't on the mailbox." However at my last apartment my name was never on the mail box and I still received all of my mail.  I never had an issue.  They offered me no other advice other then they don't know what to tell me if no one left a pink slip.  And now USPS is telling me they cannot find any packages with the tracking numbers I have.  Even though both of my emails from tracking the packages say they are located at the post office!   Very very very poor service!

I live less then .5 mile from the post office and don't get my packages til the end of the day I don't get how that's possible
