They carriers that deliver your mail dont follow protocol. Will leave packages at the front door even when you've had your name in the system to not deliver then if your arent there. ( you actually have to go down and request this service) but then when they deliver the package and you call to make a complaint all of a sudden that service doesnt exist. The customer service rep is so unprofessional when you call. And of course if you order from a wevsite and the package doesnt have that protection where if they lost it their responsible.... Smh terrible post office.

Update: it's been 3 weeks since first and 3 tines ive had to call again for packages being delivered and left when in the system it says not to leave my damn packages!!

The worst delivery service that I've ever experienced. The customer service is just not there at all. There is one person that was decent. That's it!!!!😥

Useless... I am currently trying to locate two packages.  I recently moved and their excuse was but "your name isn't on the mailbox." However at my last apartment my name was never on the mail box and I still received all of my mail.  I never had an issue.  They offered me no other advice other then they don't know what to tell me if no one left a pink slip.  And now USPS is telling me they cannot find any packages with the tracking numbers I have.  Even though both of my emails from tracking the packages say they are located at the post office!   Very very very poor service!
