Otr truckers. Avoid at all costs. 7 hours to unload. Dock lady couldn't read paperwork and I thought after 7 hours of unloading they'd have to throw everything back on if the shipment was off. If you run out of hours it doesn't matter if you're out of hours or not to drive. They will force you to drive illegally, they want you to break federal law on federal property. Absolutely no overnight parking. You'll just have to get a ticket for driving. I was given permission to park in the corner due to the fact that it was 1 am when they finished unloading me. One of the morning shift guys just knocked on my door. He literally screamed in my face to leave. I don't like getting screamed at. It was uncalled for, unprofessional and I can't believe a grown man would ever raise his voice like that over a misunderstanding. It's obvious they hate truckers and we are not welcome here. I never write bad reviews because most places are very nice. He could have just asked me politely to move to the street instead of yelling at me. I am not a little kid and will not be treated as such. Not my fault they took so long to unload.

Has promised to redeliver my package twice now and won't do it. Have multiple escalated cases with them and no one seems to give a damn. *Never trust the USPS or ANY business that goes thru them*

Called to track an item I had ordered that was stuck in a "loop" between usps's. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and called me back to give me an update, even after my package had been found and shipped to my hometown usps store.

Horrible costumer service, that african american girl with long hair is extremely rude. I dont get why is she working there, it seems like she hates her job and every body coming there. Worst service i have ever had!!!
