I could give 0 stars.
This place is horrible! I came to get a passport, and sat down for 2 hours. After about an hour of waiting, I asked an old lady a question (if they had a restroom) She interrupted me and said “I’m sorry, but I have other duties” in a very rude tone. 
The other day the same lady was yelling at a man that has been returning for 3 days due to the fact that they never attending him. 

This place disgusts me.

I was "helped" by Tim Orman and it was terrible. Informed me that my package could not be sent due to the fact it was international and it was 10 min before closing. Which was fine but was handled in a very unprofessional tone and attitude. I asked for an internal stamp and he flat out said "no". He then looked to the person behind me and said next without letting me ask for regular stamps. Terrible.

Here to get my passport. The staff were friendly upfront, but it seems like the passport system here is pretty broken. I have one gentleman that stated this is his  3rd day in a row coming in. It seems like the head passport person has to man the front desk first until she can actually work with the passport line. So people keep coming in for regular mail tasks, leaving our line to sit there. It is going on 1.5hrs now. I know it isn't her fault, but I feel the other two people working with her should man the front desk and let her work on passports (there are 10people in line and it hasn't moved). Certainly frustrating...I don't envy their job. At least they are still friendly.

Went there to ask about my passports that got missing on their way back from the IRS office, the first thing this guy behind the counter said was that it was not their problem kinda yelling  and in a very rude way when all I wanted to know was if it was at their records or something, he told me I didn't understand the way postal service works and sent me to another office!! 😡 I'd give them 0 stars if it was possible
