Great little Post Office.  The staff are always friendly and helpful.   The place is always jam-packed on Mondays.  It can be really busy at other times as well.   

People could avoid the long lines by just using their heads in most instances.  Weigh and printout the mailing label and then attach it to the package at home.  One can easily do this through PayPal.  Then all one has to do it drop it off at the front desk and leave.   No waiting necessary.  Or, one can use the self-service machine in the lobby.

The line looked super long when I walked in, but they had three attendants working the counters and the line moved incredibly fast. The staff had very positive and helpful attitudes. They were able to answer everyone in lines questions very succinctly.

I've had several packages go missing over the past few weeks. They usually turn up after about a week, but I have one that's been MIA for 8 days now. The actual problem seems to be at the Denver distribution center but getting help with my problem is impossible at this location. 

I had an extremely rude man hang up on me on the phone earlier in the week after being gruff and refusing to help track my package. I called back and Candy was able to look into everything and saw that something was wrong with the checkins on my package and that it was in fact delayed somewhere. She assured me it would be looked into.

That was a few days ago, so I went in yesterday and Bernadette was horribly rude and useless. I've had her wait on me before, and she always argues that she can't do anything about my issue before reluctantly going in the back to check their system. I left without anything being tracked down yesterday. I've been calling on and off all morning today and no one is answering their phones. 

I run a small business and this package was going to a customer. It was also a large order. Something went wrong, and no one is helping me locate my missing package. Definitely using a different parcel service in the future.

One of the slowest staffed post offices to exist... I swear half the people who work here are on work release from the corrections facility.

Don't come here on lunch. It's always incredibly busy. They try and move people through as quickly as possible, but the line is just soooooo long.
