This place has poor communication and service about a week and a half ago no one in my complex got mail but other people on my street did and the same thing happened today

My package was not delivered on time....again! I called to ask why, and they said it was because my address was not written correctly so they took it back to the postal office. Checked online to see if it was my mistake and NOPE! They can never find my address! I don't know why?? UPS always finds it! I've never had a problem with UPS. Furthermore, lady on the phone had an attitude, and that was just so unprofessional. I recommend you use UPS instead of this place!

One of the employees at the front desk is very rude, the mailman is hours late making his deliveries, and they hardly ever deliver my package. They send it back to the post office.

These ASSWIPES ALWAYS lose packages. I tracked my package and came HERE to pick it up but these RETARDS sent it back instead of delivering it to me! Useless, worthless idiots!!
