My package was not delivered on time....again! I called to ask why, and they said it was because my address was not written correctly so they took it back to the postal office. Checked online to see if it was my mistake and NOPE! They can never find my address! I don't know why?? UPS always finds it! I've never had a problem with UPS. Furthermore, lady on the phone had an attitude, and that was just so unprofessional. I recommend you use UPS instead of this place!

These ASSWIPES ALWAYS lose packages.  I tracked my package and came HERE to pick it up but these RETARDS sent it back instead of delivering it to me!  Useless, worthless idiots!!

Horrible Horrible Horrible this is my six time changing my address my old apt still is receiving my mail smh...i dont understand how hard it is to change my address. Now i have to call corporate. I've been calling this dumb ass postage office and i cant even get through to twll so i have to go up there 4 the 7th time to change my address btw im moving now so hopefully they getvit right before i move because im moving far this time....

I mailed a tracked package to San Bernardino California December 10th 2016 and it hasn't been delivered it says it was suppose to be there by December 16th 2016 Which is when the tracking says attempted delivery and a slip left to pick it up so the person i sent it too went to pick it up and they couldn't find it so they told them to come back with the tracking number which they did three times in total and they still can't find it, they are just saying it's lost now but then on December 23rd 2016 i get a tracking update and it says its arrived in destination country so i have been calling and calling the post office and i keep getting a busy signal every time i call so i can't get a hold of them to talk to someone and figure out where my package is i mailed out. This has never happened before and i mail packages to San Bernardino California all the time. Won't be continuing to send my packages this way anymore if my packages will be getting lost......very disappointed customer.....reading alot of these other reviews and they are the same issues i am having with the service and trying to get a hold of someone that works at the post office 😠
